A downthumb of GeoGlobal violates my TEN rule. NO MORE down thumbs on viable companies whose stock is sub-$3. The chance they can catch Mr. Market's drunken affection is just too great for the possible gain. But then again GeoGlobal stretches my definition of "viable companies". Oil exploration is the game, and it can be a Texas size win on rare occasions. A 300% run-up in three weeks is a lot of excitment. Those oil well must be humming.....not until 2012??? What??

Reality: GeoGlobal is one of several partners fronting this exploration. They need wells, platforms, terminal, delivery point, and pipeline. First Production ETA December 2011. Gross estimated cost for facility is $941 Million. Gross cost for future development costs of $860 Million. Cash in the bank $18 Million. Current quarterly revenue $182,000 (THOUSAND). Price/Sales 642. NET FUNDS needed $1.8 BILLION. Chance of raising this type of money without serious dilution? ZERO. Chance of coming in at or near budget, at or near on time. NEAR ZERO.
