February 23, 2012 – Comments (5)

2) First Majestic - Despite finding the accumulating shares under $2, blossoming into a 7.5m oz company in 2011. The current estimate are as follows 2012 - 10.5m Oz 2013 - 13.67m Oz. 2014 - 18m oz    2015  - Deltoro operates for 1 yr at full capacity = meaning the company as a whole will surpess the 20m /Yr mark , propelling itself as high a 21.5m oz  1) Huldra Silver - This is a story that been kep under the radar for quite some time but is looking good for a least a 2-3 bagger and perhaps a core holding in ones portfolio.

What's the story on Huldra? Looks interesting at first glance. Reading the presentation now, but its a little dated. Share structure is a positive

I am excited about Huldra Silver, and have initiated a stake, but I want to Learn more about the company myself before building the allocation any further.

There does appear to be some extremely high grade ore there, but I have yet to gather a strong sense of the deposit's potential scale. Given how many years they've been exploring the site, I'd like a better understanding of why the resource is so small. In other words, I have some homework to do to fill in the historical gap between first discovery and its current status.

I look forward to speaking with the guys again at PDAC, but if you have any more detail on why you feel such strong conviction on Huldra, I'd enjoy your input.

I'll be interviewing First Majestic's CEO at PDAC.

Anecdotally, Huldra had a chunk of ultra high-grade Galena at their booth in Vancouver, as well as a jar of crushed ore that was concentrate grade right out of the ground. The grades they're discussing are totally off the charts... The highest silver grades I've ever heard of. But I need to gain a better understanding of the deposit to know how widespread those sorts of grades are.
