I did it!  I have finally completed my quest to have at least some sort of small pitch for every single stock in my CAPS portfolio, all 200 of them.  Due to time constraints, most of my pitches aren't as long as they used to be, but every single stock now has the reason why I am bullish or bearish next to it. 

I did this for two reasons, one selfish, the other altruistic :).  The selfish reason is a couple of weeks after I have picked a stock without a pitch I usually can't remember why in the heck I liked it.  200 stocks is a lot to follow. 

The altruistic reason is that hopefully some of my pitches will encourage a few of my fellow CAPS players to do some more research on a company or companies that could potentially be a good investment.  I know that I get almost all of my investment ideas off of the Internet, so this is giving a little back.

Anyhow, enjoy and if anyone out there has any special situations (my favorite type of investment) that they have come across lately, I'd love to hear about it.

Personally I always give a pitch for a pick, be it one word or several sentences.  I just want to give the reader at least a reason for my pick.

Thanks for the idea ikkyu2.  I've seen a number of references to companies' intellectual property being worth in excess of their market caps lately, most notably from IDCC...which you probably know didn't pan out.

NUAN is a good old Hidden Gem that I used to own myself.  I'll have to take a look at it again.
