I blogged earlier that I hadn't realized that accuracy points only count if a pick is +5% vs. the Market. I figured if I had known that for all of 2008  and if I'd been paying attention to accuracy I'd be a higher ranked player.

To test this theory I launched a new profile last week Dex10picks.  The recent santa claus rally made me very bearish so I figured wow what a great time to start a new profile and have a accurate start (by betting against the market).

Fast forward 7 days and my new profile (Dex10picks)is now a CAPS Allstar.

 

So if you like my picking style you can add this new profile to your favorites - I'll be very sensitive to accuracy in that profile (as I am with this profile as I try to get accuracy north of 60%).

LOL---I made the same mistake until recently, Dex---I shudder when I see all the plus scores below 5 in my closed position list...It always pays to read the instruction manual, but I was never big on that..lol...
