50% Unemployment and $2 Trillion Dollar Deficit!!!!

November 12, 2009 – Comments (5)

If you think the recession has hit hard where you live, consider the little Northern Illinois town where almost half the working age adults are out of work. It's called Pembroke. CBS2's Mike Parker reports.

Imagine a community so deep in the hole, the government has fired the police force and closed two of three elementary schools. It's happened in Pembroke, a little town of some 3,000 in eastern Kankakee County near the Indiana border.

Under Zombulation policies....mathematically more and more Americans will lose their jobs and 50% unemployment will become more and more common.  Soon people will be saying it is not just Detroit anymore......

We are suffering massive contraction while running a $2 Trillion dollar deficit.....

U.S. ran deficit of $176 billion in October

When you go down the Zombulation is worth nothing and jobs are nonexistent.  You simply can't give unlimited money to bankers for free, print huge quantities to prosecute wars, feed tens of millions of poor/elderly, and cut off families and business from credit......and not expect total Zombulation in a leveraged domestic consumer economy.

What happened to 11/10/09?  Oh wait, was it 9/9/09?

In all seriousness, a prophet crying doom and gloom in the wilderness probably shouldn't post specific dates that the fires of heaven are going to rain down.  Even though said prophet is probably correct in his assumptions, when mayhem doesn't occur on the dates he suggests, it seems like crying wolf.

Why did a town of 3,000 have 3 elementary schools?  Are all 3,000 residents elementary school children?  If so, they probably don't need a police force...actually, maybe they do...or it might get all "Lord of the Flies"-like...

Hopefully those monthly deficit numbers don't keep growing...if not, this year's deficit could be well over $2 trillion.

9.09 You Knew...unless you were absolutely clueless to reality.

11.10.9 You Feel...thousands upon thousands of businesses are shutting down...and very few starting.

It is not doom and gloom....simply 50% unemployment and 70-80% of America bankrupt.....under the current zombulation policy, this outcome is mathematically certain....just look how businesses have been shutting down and laying off in recent weeks.

And now we are spreading to MASSIVE government layoffs and cutbacks....this will really be felt.

But don't fret...we will still likely be the largest economy in the world.

Pretty funny, Alstry.  The Pembroke story is calling it simply a 'Recession' with 46% unemployment, 2 gas stations and a snack shop operating in the town...and with no Police Force.  If this is a Recession, I wonder what they would expect to see in a Depression?

Huh??!?!?  So you're saying that the massive deficit is supposed to prevent the so called "zombulation?"  Or are you saying that without a massive deficit, the so called "zombulation" should be spreading anyways?
