Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. (SKT) operates as a real estate investment trust (REIT). April 4th the company increased its quarterly dividend 7.1% to $0.225 per share. The dividend is payable on May 15, 2013 to holders of record on April 30, 2013. The yield based on the new payout is 2.5%.
Rockwell Automation, Inc. (ROK) provides industrial automation power, control, and information solutions. It operates in two segments, Architecture & Software and Control Products & Solutions.
