From today's Miami Herald:

“So how big was Miami’s downtown building boom? In the last six years, 22,737 units were built or are now under construction in Miami’s urban core — more than double the number built in the nearly 40 previous years, according to a new report.”

For those of us who have partied hard, we all know what a serious hangover feels like.  Don't say I didn't try to warn you as you sipped on that spiked Kool-Aid.
