Big Housing Comeback!

October 30, 2007 – Comments (2)

Well, there's got to be a way to spin a continuing, large, in many cases acellerating, drop in home prices.

And those are just August's numbers. Just wait until 6 months from now when those big waves of resets have swamped the swarms of dingies.

Got Birf Control?

October 22, 2007 – Comments (2)

Federal law prohibits this blog from delivering anything more than an abstinence-only message (despite the fact that research shows that doesn't work...)

This little item, however, may just do the trick. And there's no need for a trip to a seedy truckstop restroom.

GlobeTel 'fugees Back at It

October 17, 2007 – Comments (1)

Lawrence Lynch, one of the architects of failed GlobeTel, is back at it, with some outfit called "Trimax Wireless." I'm told GlobeTel's alleged radio wunderkind Ulli Altvater is also involved. Sooo, no one wanted this stuff when it was being hawked by GlobeTel, but now they'll want it? There's already an "investor relations" section. Wonder who's getting talked into putting money down on this.  [more]

Cramer proves he's a buffoon once again

October 11, 2007 – Comments (3)

"It's time to ignore sideline analysts who have been consistently wrong about Google, Jim Cramer told viewers of his "Mad Money" TV show Wednesday. Every time Google's stock rises, bears scream that it's expensive and scary. At every benchmark, people have said that Google's market growth is too high. "At this point, you have a duty to yourself and a duty to your wealth," Cramer said, "never to take financial advice from anyone who doesn't recommend Google."  [more]
