Friends look to me as Mr. Guru. I think I've just been luckier than most. Regardless, I figure these tough economic times offer me a great opportunity to see if I've really got some legs when it comes to picking public equities. After all, it's easy when the entire market is going up to buy into the belief that "You're a friggin' genius!" The current state of our economy will punish me if that's not true.
