Been reading 'Reminiscences of a Stock Operator.' It's interesting. I wonder what Livermore would do with the distracting flood of information and real-time quotes and trades we have today? Was he just exploiting market inefficiencies, or did he have a real feel for the tape? I am beginning to feel he's right about not fighting the tape. Looking back, every time I've tried to do it I've gotten my hand slapped.
