April 21, 2009 – Comments (2) | RELATED TICKERS: USB

Legacy Reserves LP: cutting my losses

April 06, 2009 – Comments (1) | RELATED TICKERS: LGCY

Legacy Reserves LP (LGCY) announced a buyout offer from a private equity firm, Apollo Management, of $14 a share. That's significantly less than I think the stock could be worth.
