I know that after an awful 2008, Chinese stocks have been on a tear. There's still take to find greatly undervalued cash-rich companies, especially if you're not afraid to buy OTCBB issues. For instance, YTEK, a microcap IT provider for Chinese banks, is selling for a 0.65 PEG.

This bailout stalling in the Senate is political histrionics and no more. I'm buying GM, F, and AXl at the open. A bailout will pass, if not now, then a little later. This is money laying in the corner waiting to be picked up.
