One of my core holdings, a great dividend payer, well really a distribution. It's a partnership like and similar to MLP's. Organized as a Grantor Trust an"S" corporation for tax purposes. Some compare them to BDC's(Business Developement Companies)  The Company is not a lender and investor in private companies like BDCs, but an owner. In fact, they're effectively a mini-conglomerate of smaller companies in a variety of unrelated industries.  [more]
