LOWE's Customer Service: an Evaluation

Last night my husband and I took one of our tri-weekly trips to Lowe's. In every dept we went employees asked how they could help. However, in contrast when we went to check out there were only 3 lines open one of which was the Customer Service desk which generally is not an express line because of the nature of the help needed. The customers were about 6 deep waiting to be served.   [more]

Those wise words were from one of my husband's older students who is working on an EE degree, has a full time job with his company, raises chickens, turkeys, pigs, and a few head of beef on a farm for his family.
