LOWE's Customer Service: an Evaluation

Last night my husband and I took one of our tri-weekly trips to Lowe's. In every dept we went employees asked how they could help. However, in contrast when we went to check out there were only 3 lines open one of which was the Customer Service desk which generally is not an express line because of the nature of the help needed.
