After going to Open Studios this weekend in downtown Greenville, my husband and I realized that we wanted more workspace than a little spare bedroom with inferior lighting offered. He does photography and I make jewelry. There was a studio/gallery space for rent for $350 a month, but it was a year lease only. We want to see if our hobbies can pay for themselves before we make that kind of step.  [more]
