The March 11, 2013 article "Here's What a New Berkshire Director's 2,556%-Gainer Fund Has Been Buying" was removed from the site because of factual inaccuracies. Specifically, the author stated that Berkshire Hathaway director Meryl Witmer was a general partner with Eagle Capital Management, when Witmer is actually affiliated with a different, though similarly named, investment firm. We regret the error.
The March 11, 2013 article ‘Will the Market Change Its Opinion on This Unloved Stock?’ was removed from the site because of factual inaccuracies. Specifically, the author indicated that LightSquared was a failed investment of The Harbinger Group, when it was in fact an investment made by Harbinger Capital Partners, a separate entity. We regret the error.
