Anyone have any theories on this offer from Hospira?

JAV has quite a bit going on these days and today's recall news in the UK has the ticker plunging by 30% to 52 week lows.

They terminated an agreement with MYRX...have an offer on the table for $2.20 from HSP and also have an FDA approval pending in October.

I have a small long bet at $1.19. Trying to learn more...

Media is evolving and many print-centric brands will continue to fall by the wayside.
