Since I discovered it early last year, I've been fascinated by the idea behind CAPS. Can CAPS really predict the future value of stocks -- or rather, can CAPS do it better than the markets? After all, according to conventional market theory, the stock exchanges ought to be the best, most efficient predictors of value one could possibly devise.
