I'm not sure how I feel about the whole Dennis Kozlowski thing.  On Squawk Box this morning, they were talking about him; Joe Kernan, my most favorite cnbc personality, said he thinks Koz got a raw deal.  He wasn't as bad as the Enron guys and there wasn't any shady accounting or outright fraud.  All he did was take a huge salary and a ton of extra money.  And bear in mind, he basically built that company.    [more]
