Please, help me to understand the risk

Dear Fools,

I have a question related to Penson Worldwide, Inc. No, I have no position in this stock. My online broker transferred to Penson services last year. It wasn't big issue, just I recieved two 1099 forms. I know, accounts are insured and bla, bla, bla. But may be I missed something? Should I worry about legal (or any) issues related to Penson? Thanks

Site of my discount online broker not worked well at morning till now. Margings were not calculated. Just Zeros in "Stock Buying Power" and "Option Buying Power" were present. I did not wanted to do any trades at the morning, but I think a lot of people wanted. So, How is your brocker doing this morning?

Today we had third wave of layoff. ~18% of workers in shop, ~10% of eng. staff. We are manufacturing facility of member of S&P500 and we are supported by goverment money.

Good sign of recovery. Congratulations, Fools. :)
