Stong Sells are rare on Wall Street. Can't quite figure out how they derived the $48.50 price thou....
Last night CLF increased its annual dividend by 123% to $0.625/share from $0.28/share, for a total annual dividend of $2.50/share (roughly 3.6% yield), all while maintaining a relatively low payout ratio of about 26% based on 2012 EPS estimates of $9.66.
I think more income investors are going to start to notice this one!
Today a Wall Street firm issued a reserach report increasing price target of ISRG from $525 to $575 with a BUY rating. Before continuing, I have to say, there are some pretty talented individuals out there researching companies and issuing great analysis using various valuation methodologies, of course there is the flip side as well.
