Today my February pick, Covance (CVD), announced a deal with Eli Lilly (LLY) in which it will pay Lilly $50M for Lilly's Greenfield, Ind. development facility while securing a 10 year, $1.6B service agreement with Lilly as part of the deal. The $1.6B service agreement includes $70M of business Covance already does for Lilly and adds $90M more annually for the next 10 years. [more]
