So I bought MCD on the 18th, not even 10 days ago and it is up almost 11%. I'm a young investor and have yet to determine how conservative my strategy should be. My question is sell or hold? 11% in ten days is huge when converted to an annual rate. I know that the stock won't continue to grow at this rate but my analytic skills are not perfected enough to determine if I should get out and get back in later or hold it for the long run (possibly dollar cost average). I know MCD is a good company for a long term investment but can I take advantage of some volatilty here? [more]

Everyone knows that the Blackberry Storm was a HUGE disappointment to general consumers, let alone regular Blackberry users. The Storm was rushed to market despite glitches that ranged from sluggish performance to a poor typing interface. However, there is hope. Research in Motion co-CEO, Jim Balsillie, has confirmed that RIMM is "working on next-generation devices in the hopes of continuing to tap into the consumer market." [more]

Despite rumors of BAC needing to raise $35 Billion yesterday and the correction today stating that it needs $33.9 Billion, Bank of America stock is up roughly 18% and continuing to rise in after market trading. What the hell is going on here? [more]
