Looks like the US Treasury has found a good way to get its money back after feeding Wall Street crooks with tons of taxpayer money?

Not so fast. Goldman Sachs had already cleverly paid more than half of their trading incomes as bonus and stocks to executives.

It is a good news for taxpayers but we still don't know what kind of penalty that GS has to pay ...
