Crocs... VINDICATION!

A while back I wrote a post lamenting why people hated CROX so much. Then on Friday, the company announced better than expected earnings, higher guidance for the next quarter, and DROPPED 4%. There's just no love for this company. When I talk about it, people have the very strong, negative emotional response about how ugly the shoe is and what not. People... the company doesn't just make clogs anymore! I never cared for it until I wore of it its flip flops and thought it was the most comfortble one I've ever worn!  [more]

Prepare to be disrupted

My only negative pick is Time Warner Cable. It's a company ripe for disruption... it reacts to threats like Netflix by trying to get people to pay MORE and bundling their services. Good luck with that.They should be looking at unbundling... buying channels a la carte, shows a la carte, instead of trying to get me to do DVR, internet, AND cable phone.    [more]
