See no evil...

The stock of People’s Bankcorp (PEBO) of Marietta, OH was having a pretty good day last Friday.  Not so good for me, since I have a recent red thumb on it.  But it now looked like it had made a short-term bottom and I might be looking at a negative score soon (if I didn’t close it).  On a stock that averages 29k shares traded per day, 29,600 shares traded at the opening with a positive bias.  It moved up throughout the day, eventually achieving a 6.3% gain over Thursday’s close at about 1:30pm.  But then, at about 3:45pm, it started to waver.  Sell orders started to come in, 2k, 5k, then right at 4pm, 29,700 shares were sold at the market.  The gains for the day were wiped out and the stock ended up with a 3.8% loss.  Well!  What’s that all about?  [more]
