     Housing stocks jumped today, a total idiots rally.   Investors must be trying to catch the falling knife.  Fannie Mae is issuing additional stock shares, further diluting shareholder value, yet it it is up 7% in early morning trading.  Retail stocks are up, despite a reported decline in consumer confidence and a bloated market.   [more]

Why does a company filing for bankruptcy rise 3.8% the day of the announcement?
