What will we do with old EV batteries 20 years from now?

November 24, 2010 – Comments (5)

EPA releases MPG equivalent value for Nissan Leaf

November 23, 2010 – Comments (4)

The Fuel Film

November 22, 2010 – Comments (0)

I watched the revised version of this documentary soon after it was finished, but recently watched it again.  Some parts (I believe) are stretching the truth, and for a documentary some parts are a little too personal (mushy).  I personally like documentaries that tend to be a bit more fact based.  Nonetheless, I think this film is worth 2 hours of your time.  While it bashes petroleum based fuels repeatedly, its not as one-sided as I thought it was going to be.  He is fairly critical of corn-based ethanol as well as deforestation for crops to ultimately generate ethanol or biofuels.  If you've already seen it, leave a comment or two below detailing why you did or did not enjoy the film.  If you have a Netflix account, its free to watch on-line.  [more]
