The Caps management has already implemented an idea suggested by its members- to have a stat of just the points from out perferms and one of just the underperforms.  Thank you management.  Now I have one simple addition to the the stats.  [more]

With the upcoming bill and pressure on the Fed to be audited... it wouldn't suprise me if the market has a "collapse" to inject fear again, so that the bill doesn't get passed and the Fed can still remain in cover-up mode.   (kind've what happened in March, when Obama wanted the stimulus passed.... Geithner was "slow" in indicated a plan for the banks.... causing instability and a collapse in the market to help garner fear to get things passed)

MDIA is the title of the new disclosure mortgage guidelines effective 7/31/09.  It is good for the consumer, but will delay closing loans on average of 3 days.    [more]
