I am in agreement with many of his fundamental stances regarding the health of the economy and the government intervention / inflationary policies making the problem worse and simply moving the economic problems around (the government has no wealth of its own and can only inefficiently (i.e. lots of extra waste) move wealth around in the economy).   [more]

A restatement of previous observations, this time in point form for the ease of following, how Monetary Inflation (growth of the money supply, true inflation) eventually (there is a lag) begets Price Inflation (NOT inflation, it is a by-product of true inflation). Price Inflation is *NOT* uniform across the economy and some asset classes will fall in an inflationary environment because of this non-uniformity (and poor fundamentals of those asset classes).  [more]
