I am very disappointed in the Obama adminstration. The stimlus plan was short on infrastructure and the bank plan just sucks. I for one was hoping for more clarity and action from Obama, that is what he promised he would do and has not done it yet. [more]

Well, I for one was hoping for a rally this month,but alas we FOOLS did not get one. It looks like the S&P will be down about 10% for the month which is not what I expected. The relentless bad news is driving this market now.Layoffs and writedowns will rule for the next few weeks. [more]

2009 will bring great wealth and sorrow to many of us, but the key will be how we as FOOLs will make it through. I did not have not a great year last year, but I am in for the long run . I like the materials sector the best followed closely by the shippers. I think both these sectors will have nice runs this year as governments around the world begin their quest for infrastructure improvements. China will pump massive amounts of money into their economy this year just so the Commie's can stay in power, and this will be very bullish for the raw material and shipping sectors. [more]
