Six insiders on Thursday (5/14) and Friday (5/15) purchased huge chunks of Arna shares. Their purchase were not an option exercise but buying shares on the open market. This is an indication that they are bullish on Arena's prospects for Lorcaserin and it strong potential for gaining FDA approval next year. In addition, there is strong speculation, I repeat "speculation" that the Blossom results that will be released in September will be even more positive than the Bloom results that showed Lorcaserin to be safe, tolerable and meet the FDA guidelines for efficacy.
