Last December, when this stock was trading at less than $2.00 a share, the insiders were loading up on it. Now that it's gotten up around $8.00 they've shot a u-turn and are selling huge blockks in the open market. I'd call that a strong indication that this stock has peaked, so I'm ending my "Outperform" pick on it.
This stock sufferred a precipitous drop in it's trading price recently, and some people seem to have come to the conclusion that the drop was excessively severe, making it a bargain. I don't share that opinion. Other websites tell me that this company has an unenviable record in terms of earnings growth, and that the insiders who were selling rather heavily last month have not started to buy back in yet. That makes the current rally seriously suspect, IMO. Which is why I'm keeping my "Underperform" pick open for now. [more]
