When I visited last summer, the rapid pace of underground development coupled with exciting new discoveries at Contact and 147 led me to anticipate a major turnaround in the making. As we now know all too well, that turnaround was to encounter some substantial hiccups along the way, and in the midst of severe weakness across the sector the market has punished Brigus for the delay.   [more]
