The fool wrote this article which, while its title suggests it is about Netflix, is really a window onto the media landscape. Essentially, the 30 day DVD rental prevention window may go to a 60 day prevention window.  Add to this the jostling players in streaming, the first sale doctrine, and you have one heck of a battle brewing.
