Do you like getting your news from a newspaper in you can hold in your hand?

I love newspapers, and always will love newspapers.  Something about just flipping through a set of papers that arrives every day is just... relaxing to me.  And, for me, newspapers (from a good news source such as NYTimes) are still the best way to get news on a variety of subjects.  [more]

Lots of investing noise; and why I love the weak dollar!

In the last several weeks, I've seen plenty of CAPS and Mainstream Media writers decry the rising market, and post their passionate diatribes on why the market prices must be overvalued.  Among their common arguments are: a) the economy is weaker than the news is saying, b) there are hidden dangers about to be unleashed (think Alstry and the MOAP 9.09 fiasco), c) other countries are about to abandon US currency leading to an economic collapse, d) unemployment is the true leading indicator.  [more]
