Since the CAPS site was down, I came across this interesting article on the Eurozone bailout plan proposed by Tim Geithner and supposedly under consideration by the ECB.  If the scenario plays out as the author submits (I'm not saying that it will), then it could end very badly for Germany and France.  And who's to say it will stop there?  [more]
