P&G Recalls Lots of Vicks Sinex; HABA Product Failures Now Commonplace

P&G's 2009 record of quality assurance failures continues with the recall of lots of Vicks Sinex nasal spray, specifically Sinex Vapospray Ultrafine Mist in the US.  OTC Product News identified this as a recurring problem in April, 2009.

The Peculiar Case of the Vanishing Letter [PG, Nyquil]

FDA posted a warning letter on its site on Oct 14 addressed to P&G stating that the combination of drugs and Vitamin C in Nyquil/Dayquil is mislabeled. Then the letter was mysteriously withdrawn.  Why a completed "draft" exists is the real question.
