This morning (KRA) Kraton Performance Polymers Inc. bids & asks are showing that it will open down at least -$1/shr to around $40 from a close yesterday of $41.17.

This is because of a 6M share offering by existing shareholders, but the overall share count of (KRA) will not change. This is not unusual as big Institutions can not enter or sell without causing the stock to make a massive move one way or the other due to its small float. Thus you have a share offering an orderly way to exchange shares between Institutions.

(KRA) selling shareholders will have no trouble getting their shares gobbled up by other Institutions because its eps is growing and growing rapidly. Just recently (KRA) announced a price increase : Kraton Performance Polymers announces Asia Pacific SBS and SIS price increases of $200/t effective April 1,2011

Its eps estimate for the current qtr was recently raised from .65 to .85 so the shares path to least resistance is currently to the upside.

In my opinion using any weakness this morning to either add or start a new position will reward you pretty quickly. In 2010 (KRA) introduced an innovative technology called Nexar Polymers.

After yesterday's (PLCM) deal for a Cloud - Based Video Content company Accordent, who is next? This is just a guess but CEO of (CLRO) did say he is open to offers but not at current stock price. So I would keep a watch of (CLRO) sales which have been on fire in the last 3 straight qtrs with revenues surging over 30% each qtr.

That is the kind of growth buyers want to see before they pull the trigger.

(PLCM) yesterday bought Accordent which had revenues of $9M at the end of 2010. It sold for $50M or  a valuation metric of 5.55x Sales.

This shows how high the premiums Cloud -Based stocks demand today because of the massive growth in the Cloud Sector expected this decade.  [more]

If you saw video's of the disaster in Japan then you know that wood was the biggest destruction on the videos. That being said, Lumber, plywood, wood floors, doors, trim, cabinets, stairs, & furniture are Japans biggest replacement items needed that require wood.

The other biggest item needed is LNG, with damaged power plants being shut down probably for years if they ever do come back online, Japan will need LNG to replace the energy it has lost from the Power plants.

In McKenzie County, North Dakota, Abraxas drilled the Stenehjem 27-34 1H to a total measured depth of 16,504 feet, including a 5,965 foot lateral in the middle Bakken formation. A 20-stage fracture stimulation is tentatively scheduled for the first quarter of 2011.

Abraxas owns an approximate 79% working interest in this well.

to the offshore oil & gas sector as well as for other offshore drillers as permit issuing process has begun with (NBL) being the first to get one.

One services company that is extremely undervalued currently is (RES) it provides support services, such as the rental of diverters, drill pipes, drill collars, handling tools, and hoses that are used for onshore and offshore oil and gas well drilling, completion, and workover activities. The company offers its services to the oil and gas companies in the Gulf of Mexico, mid-continent, southwest, and Rocky Mountain regions of the United States, as well as in Africa, Canada, China, eastern Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and New Zealand.
