September 28, 2007 – Comments (1)

Ok I apologize for not being more regular with my blog but I have no woo-hoos for my current contest (112 of 549 is still not bad) and I have just been busy with that little thing called life. :)    No I am not going to say how old I am either!! Lol!  I guess I am old enough to invest pretty well sometimes though!  I was going to put "Ron Paul" in my blog title today just because it seems like I get more readers that way but I thought Nah!  :)  Anyways I am just going to enjoy the rest of the mostly sunny day in Seattle and wish all of you a woo hoo weekend! :)  (If you share my B-day I wish you a double Woo-hoo weekend!!!)   [more]

time to say woo hoo for Ron Paul!!! :)

Well in the fall you have (in Seattle!) lots of rain and time to read a lot so if you like that it really is a woo hoo day :)   Other then that the Fools of the world appear to be waiting for the Fed to make their (da dum!) decision.  Ooooo!  lol!   Well I don't think there is any one thing that can fix all the problems with the markets but (!) I will make a political statement today and proclaim that I support Ron Paul for President of the United States.  Mr. Paul is the only honest intelligent and visionary person out there running  and I urge you to visit his site ( )  and check it out! :)  Have a wonderful woo hoo day! :)  [more]

Another new week! :)

The sun is shining in Seattle so all must be well!  Ok so not all is well in Fed land but you gotta find the joy where it exists! :)  Woo Hoo!   The jobs report on Friday shook everyone up with a loss of 4,000 jobs so it doesn't look good for the US Dollar.  I have opened positions in CEF (Gold & Silver trust) and FXF (swiss franc) as a hedge against the dollar decline that will certainly continue as the Fed lowers rates.  I think a recession is on the way to be honest.  I certainly hope it isn't too bad.  The link for today ( ) reiterates the pain will last in the housing sector until 2009  ( I will say 2010 or 2011 as my prediction )  Be careful out there in the markets and have a woo hoo day!  :)  [more]

well time to breathe again :)

Well I am back again today but I guess so I will just comment on the markets and on my shopping when I get my foolery prize... :)  (giggle!)   It seems like the most interesting thing to me today was the advance of gold to $700/ oz. ... there is a lot of money sloshing around out there it seems!  This link is almost bit scary ( ) as it tries to equate the subprime/ mortgage crisis with the US dollar situation.  Very Interesting!!  I hope all of you have a wonderful woo hoo day!    [more]

Hi everyone!  Well on I day that I lost 40 points in the contest by the grace of God I still remained in the lead and won!!  :)  Woo Hoo!!!!!!!  :)   Wowies!  Well I guess I have to thank the academy which means that I have to thank Jim Cramer for the article on "Subprime's Dirty Dozen" which was the source for 12 of my best underperform picks (the latest update on this is this link )  Thank you Mr. Kramer!  :)   I know a lot of people make fun of him sometimes for his antics but on this occasion it was right on.  Well i won't promise to post every day now but I will try to keep on posting and keep on having fun!  Have a wonderful woo hoo holiday weekend everyone!!!  [more]
