Health Care Reform Bill.. What exactly is being "reformed"

I've read a dozen articles, but the only things I can gather are that its going to cost $800 Billion, its supposed to save us money in the long run, uninsured are getting insurance, and we'll all pay the same rate?? Is that it?  Where can I find a summary of this reform bill, and what it is going to do.  I can't seem to find any information at all. I would appreciate it if someone could get me a link or else put the bill in Leman terms for me. Thanks!   [more]
