I'm guessing that BIP is an MLP since it has Limited Partner in its name - but how can you tell for sure. I tried reading descriptions on various investing websites and the company website and nothing directly states that they are an MLP. [more]

I've seen a lot of REC's for WNR and many bloggers claim that it is a personal investment, so I decided to take a quick look. I haven't delved deep into this stock but after a cursory analysis I'm wondering why this is a favortite of so many? If you own, or believe, WNR is a good investment, could you please explain why so I can see what I'm missing. [more]

I know, I know, what a hypocrite. Really, I don't want anyone to REC this. I just think it's getting a little ridiculous how many people are asking for REC's as part of a "survey". I've seen other blogs conduct embedded surveys within their posts - do that if you really want to take a survey. I don't want to make some "survey" the most REC'd blog on TMF and will never REC one without some benefical, informative commentary.
