Ollanta Humala (the candidate many people liken to Hugo Chavez) has won the presidential election according to the boca de urna (a survey that people take right after they vote).  The boca de urna is usually in line with the final voting results.

 For anyone with a lot of Peru exposure, if this holds up, I would expect some downward pressure monday.  I'm speechless...
