Ways and Means Chairman Charlie Rangel appearing this morning on beat the press, announced that he has authored a bill providing food stamp benefits for fugitives.  Rangel explained " Once I saw that we could get insurance benefits approved for illegal aliens, I figured what the heck,  we need all the voters we can get,  I originally thought about fast food for fugitives but decided that we should promote a healthier lifestyle and offer fugatives more choice",  Rangel's bill has been endoresed by representatives of the alcohol and tobacco industries.  [more]

I've  rarely seen a stock get punished so much over what appears to a small amount of caution in  the outlook,  My model suggest this stock worth $20, three analysts who downgraded the stock to hold have average targets of $18,

I'm wondering  what other investors think of this stock as well as any technological advantages of their product ??

Is there anyone who wishes this president would spend a little less time criticizing his enemies, or giving some speech on a TV and maybe just work, ??  Perhaps he is following orders from GS ?
