PBR or PBR-A?

I am thinking of pulling the trigger on some shares of PBR but notice there are also A shares out there.  Does anyone have an opinion about which ones I should buy?  Are there inherent advantages (rather than short term arbitrage reasons) to one type or the other?

A shares - they are cheaper and more liquid. I am pretty sure the B shares have more votes, but unless you are buying 10 million + shares, that doesn't matter to you. :)

PBR.A is preferred shares PBR is ord shares.  PBR.A is slightly cheaper and has a slightly higher yield.  PBR has greater cap gains potential.  I would also argue that PBR is more liquid than PBR.A since it has greater trading volume.  Though the bid ask spreads on both are minimal.

I own just the ordinary shares of PBR. I can't speak for PBR-A, but I can tell you for a fact that that the B shares have been a heck of a good investment for me, even in this cruddy market.

There's also PZE (Petrobras Energia Participaciones SA), which I have been keeping my eye on for awhile now. From what I can make of it, PZE consists of the Argentine operations of PBR, although it doesn't seem nearly as strong an investment as just plain PBR.
