Alright Fools, I don't get much, but here it is...Pres. Obama just ok'd Cuban Americans the priviledge of travel to Cuba and the ability to transfer money. In addition, he is allowing the country of Cuba to be opened up to cell phone service and it looks like even an underwater cable is to be looked into. Is this the opening of a new market?  I brought the news, but don't know what to do about it yet.

I didn't know about them.......I was looking more at the telecommunications aspect in the form of an American collaboration for the purpose of infrastructure. There also seems to be alot of cell phones that could be sold there. Thanks for the idea, got anymore? That one seems too risky for me..
