I thought it would be interesting to have everyone comment and share ideas on high growth stocks for the next year and beyond.

I will get the ball rolling by suggesting KAZ, ITI, and BSMD

All Contributions of 1-5 high growth stocks or stocks to keep an eye on in the coming year are welcome (as long as they have some logic to them and aren't random picks).

Also a nice addition would be adding a pitch to each of the picks, or an overall opinion of the market and your view of where it is going next week, next month, next year, and next 5 years+ 

Every Saturday night I plan to have a CAPS Collaboration in a different sector, until all are exhausted, then cycle them through again.

one of my key parameters for betting on a company is a plausible, probable upside thesis.  there has to be a reason the shares will appreciate in value.

betting on growth is complex, intricate, and difficult.  It requires, ideally, prescience.  I am not prescient.

I am, though, willing to bet with statistics.  Statistically speaking, the best bets coming out of wildly bearish markets are small caps with small share prices that don't go broke.  So thats what I look for, not growth.

right now, and especialy (maybe)in 2 wks when the market is more in the toilet, i'm looking for cmpanies that will 2-5x their PPS if they simply survive.  And then i'm looking for companies in that situation with highly likely odds of survivla.

folks, chasing growth in this market is a bit out htere, imo.  ASH was never in great risk of BK, nor hardly, and it was priced for a 10 bagger at its bottom.  Not a 10 bagger if it does something epic.  But a 10 bagger if it simply returns to a decent fraction of what it was.

Why chase shooting stars and gamble on predictions of the future when you can bet on practically sure things for now?

I'm invested in all of my Fool Picks for 10% gains or better over the next rolling quarter or so.  Every time I add to my Fool portfolio, you know I've added to my real portfolio.  Only difference is that oftentimes I've sold before I have an opportunity to end my pick here at the Fool.  These are not necessarily long term growth picks, but percentage growth picks.  I'd rather make 10% on $5000 10 times than wait for the elusive 10-bagger (if you know what I mean).  You need to know how to mitigate short-term losses and put in the time to search for stocks and trade in and out of them prudently.  I hope this helps with your collaboration idea.  I think social investing/trading is an excellent way to go.  The more collaboration we have, the better we are able to guage where to put our money to profit over the long term.

I love ITI as well, but my favorite is ACTS since it is trading at less than cash despite having a projected growth rate of 25%.
