TARP Housekeeping

Just doing some clean up to end picks for banks that have paid back their TARP money.  The latest Treasury Department TARP Transaction Report lists 14 banks that have repurchased the Treasury’s preferred stock.  Twelve of them are publicly traded and are being removed since they are no longer TARPed banks.

Signature Bank (SBNY)
Sterling Bancshares, Inc. (SBIB)
Alliance Financial Corporation (ALNC)

Sun Bancorp, Inc. (SNBC)
Independent Bank Corp. (INDB)
Shore Bancshares, Inc. (SHBI)
Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. (TCBI)

And the two private or non-traded banks:

Centra Financial Holdings, Inc./Centra Bank - no symbol
First ULB Corp. - no symbol
There are a number of new TARP participants, but they are all either private or too small to rate in CAPS.
