I was sailing last night with a couple blokes in town from BigBand Networks. My regular sail is owned by a man who works for the local cable company and these BBND guys are training his people on some new gear, always on the lookout for new opportunties, I pumped these (biased) people for information - the Tuesday sailing race was a sit on the low side affair (VERY light wind, very slow sailing), so there was lots of time for talking.

None of the CAPS pitches for this stock are compelling in either direction. But for me there are hints of a compelling story that bears watching.

It sounded like neat kit, and looks like good company but it's only got 2 CAPS stars. .Foolish Question --  why ?

Is this the classic undiscovered gem or is it going to be a chronic underperformer ?

I like the stock. Lots of cash, the company's business is valued at less than nothing (they have more cash than book value) company isn't shrinking like most stuff. Doesn't look bad actually.
