The piratebay just happened to have the best name and company image...so much for those...

Yes. Piratebay is simple a torrent search engine. The gov't took all their servors one time and had to give them back because there was absolutely no illegal content on them.

The charge is ridiculous and just goes to show how much power super corporations have over gov't.

My thoughts exactly. But again its hard to fault the guys threatened with jail time and a massive fine for taking $8 million dollars to let someone else deal with the problem.

Thanks for the rec. I believe it was a pretty recent decision. My friend found it on Digg and I was like holy sh8t! That can't be true? Sadly, it's true.

Oh well, I'm off the Mississippi for the weekend. If I blog it wont be an audio blog as I will be doing it from my father's laptop. We shall see what I can manage.
